Pox is an ancestral beverage of the Mayan culture,
made from four different types of corn, sugar cane
and wheat, all traditional from the region of Chiapas.
This brand is100% Mexican which originated from Chiapas and is created with the purpose of bringing forth the knowledge of a small part of the great cultural richness that we encounter within our roots.
Inspired by the greatness of the desert and the
tradition and culture that this plant represents,
it is a refined, soft, wild and ancestral distillate.
Distilled in the highlands of Chiapas, where its people
know the meaning of breaking chains, this spirit is
made up of 3 types of cane: “criolla, vetada and
violeta”.
It is a natural sweetener extracted from the heart or
“piña” of the Dasylirion SPP plant (sotol or sereque
plant). The process of production is similar to that of
agave syrup but because of its origin, the sotol
syrup has a completely di erent flavor.
